Spring Break Camp 2016 Registration is Open!

Join us at either the Russell H. Perry Animal Care Center in McKinney from March 7-9 or the Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center in Dallas from March 14 - 16 for Spring Break Camp!

Your young animal-lovers will have the chance to spend three fantastic days learning about and interacting with the animals at both our animal care centers Campers will have the opportunity each day to pet and play with our shelter animals, and enjoy exciting activities with other campers.

Spring Camp 2016 sessions are for children between the ages of 8-11.

SPCA of Texas Spring Break Critter Camp is a wonderful opportunity for children to learn about important values such as kindness and love, and it also provides the perfect setting for them to learn more about appropriate animal care. Activities include guest speakers, games as well as opportunities to learn more about the SPCA of Texas and issues in animal welfare. Spring Break Critter Camp sessions are for Children between the ages of 8-11. Each session takes place 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday March 7-9 at the Russell H.Perry Animal Care Center in McKinney. Space is limited to 20 campers per session and will be available on a first come, first served basis. "I'm absolutely in LOVE with Kitty (formerly Kaleigh). I know her name isn't original at all but I just started calling her that until I could think of a name and it just stuck - it's so her! I've attached two photos - she's seriously the most beautiful kitty in the world! She loves to steal tennis balls and bones from her dog sister - she thinks she's a dog! She enjoys going for walks and car rides, snuggling with mom, bird watching, drinking from the sink, playing with her pipe cleaners and getting into mom's makeup in the mornings.
