When You Include the SPCA of Texas in Your Will

Legacy Society

The SPCA of Texas Legacy Society was formed as a way to recognize those who have named the SPCA of Texas in their wills and financial plans. Membership is automatic for those who make this commitment to help us save animals far into the future.

No matter the size, when you leave a legacy to the SPCA of Texas you are leaving a lasting impression on the lives of neglected animals by providing much needed resources that will support our mission.

The first step is to talk to your lawyer about making a provision for a gift to the SPCA of Texas in your will. Then, let us know so we can welcome you to the SPCA of Texas Legacy Society.

You can also use this free estate planning tool to get started on your legacy gift. Courtesy of FreeWill, in 20 minutes or less you can write a legal will for free and include the necessary language to protect animals in Texas for years to come. Click here to write your free will and get started.

For all planned gifts, consult your legal and/or financial advisor as you consider your options.

"I'm absolutely in LOVE with Kitty (formerly Kaleigh). I know her name isn't original at all but I just started calling her that until I could think of a name and it just stuck - it's so her! I've attached two photos - she's seriously the most beautiful kitty in the world! She loves to steal tennis balls and bones from her dog sister - she thinks she's a dog! She enjoys going for walks and car rides, snuggling with mom, bird watching, drinking from the sink, playing with her pipe cleaners and getting into mom's makeup in the mornings. I couldn't 'imagine life without her. She's the absolute best!"
