The SPCA of Texas removed 24 dogs from breeder Pam Chennault's home in Sulphur Springs on September 11, 2004.  The dogs were living in filthy conditions. Ms. Chennault admitted being away from her home for four days while selling dogs in Canton. During this time her dogs were left without clean food, water and shelter. Ms. Chennault voluntarily relinquished the dogs to the SPCA of Texas prior to a hearing the following week.
