**NOTE: If you are requesting a Spay/Neuter appointment through this form, please do not contact us by phone to schedule, this can create duplicates and slow our response time. Only Spay/Neuter Appointments can be made online. To make a wellness appointment, please call 214-742-7722 Monday-Friday.
Appointments generally book out 5-7 business days and will be set for the next available date at the location of your choice. Please be sure to include any details to the additional comments space provided at the bottom of the form. (i.e. preferred day of the week, coupon/promotion type, concerns or additional services requested).You will receive an automated confirmation email once your form has been submitted and another email with the date the appointment is for once it’s been processed. If you would like to book the soonest appointment available, please do not fill out this form and instead call us at 214-742-7722 Monday-Friday. If you make an error simply send an email with corrections to spca@spca.org.
